spbrtruth.com/yoda.htmWith Yoda, the top picture is when he arrived at Eric's. The bottom picture was after a few months with Eric. Some of his fur has grown back, but he lost a ton of weight from when he first arrived at Eric's.

yoda is safe with matt and his wife in the rochester area. they are on some othr forums. all the dog updates are on the truth pages I'm petty sure Yoda died of cancer in 2008. And Matt found another dog by chance that looked just like him, Kaden. I saw that Matt has been pretty active on the Truth page/FB.

Animal cruelty is a misdemeanor in NY, as far as I know.
At the bond hearing yesterday, he was ordered to pay $2000 towards the care of the dogs that have been seized from his home, and the SPCA is going to send the dogs to foster homes. He's been ordered to have no dogs throughout the remainder of the trial, and the criminal trial is set for June 24th.

eric is still taking donations for dogs he doesnt have. his court date was postponed again... the FB page has all the details and its pretty sad that some of the officials involved want his charges lowered to get rid of the case...

Yeah, it looks like a shitshow from the outside right now. I'm honestly not convinced any semblance of justice will be served at this point. I can only hope that the charges themselves help prevent him from acquiring any future animals.

A little update here.
We were informed yesterday that Eric D. Gray signed a plea agreement. The contents are not 100% known at this time, but we were told that he agreed to not be involved in rescue or ever own dogs again. We are waiting on answers regarding the rescue itself, the SPBR website and facebook page, and if the plea means he specifically can't own dogs and someone in his house could or if it means he can not have dogs in his house. We don't have those answers yet.
A lot of folks have said it's just a slap on the wrist and although I do tend to agree a bit, I'm fairly happy with the outcome. This was a long time coming and, despite his multiple attempts to get away without any consequences, he wound up signing a plea agreement and that alone is, in many people's mind, a guilty plea. Anyone that does even the smallest amount of research will see information about the raid and the original charges (felony and misdemeanor), even if he wasn't found guilty of them. The information is out there.
I'll post any other updates I receive as they come in.

Thanks for posting that, Megan. I am happy with him not being involved in rescue or ever owning dogs again. That's a better outcome than I'd hoped for, honestly.
