You know what I'm sick of? Seeing posts/memes/whatever you want to call them bashing skinny people. It's not ok to say "Real men like skinny women," but it's totally fine to say "Real men like women with curves, only dogs like bones" or "Real women have curves." Just because I'm thin, doesn't mean I have good self esteem! Seeing posts like that all over the place make me feel unattractive and less "womanly." How about "Real women come in all shapes and sizes" or "Real men like women for who they are on the inside?" I'm feeling super self conscious right now.

If you added up my butt and boobs, I believe we'd still get negative figures. But you know what, I will never be saggy! So take that, you big boobed braggers!

That sh*t bothers me to no end on Pinetrest. I see pics of women with exposed hip bones with tags like "Healthy is the new skinny" or some such nonsense. Lots of it looks like thinspo crap with a new label.
I recently saw "Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels" and it showed a very very thin woman. Yeah. But when they put pics of women with some kind of muscle definition people like to harp how they "look like men".
People are just so incredibly unhappy with themselves that they want to bash everyone because then it makes them feel better. "I may be curvy, but at least I'm not boney!" "I may not have major curves, but at least I'm not fat" "I may not be ______, but at least I'm not _____" Ugh.
How about "I love my body for what it can do, instead of what it can't". I agree with Cat, we need more "You are awesome, so just keep going with your awesome self!"

Wow... In one of my Service Dog groups on FB a member posted up a picture of her SD. The dog is an Australian Cattle Dog and has a red coat. Someone asked her "Red Heeler?" and she said "She's actually a BLUE Heeler! Weird, huh!? She's a Red Blue Heeler!" Oi!! It's not just Pit Bulls that have to deal with the red/blue crap!!!

I'm celebrating my 5 year wedding anniversary today with work, lots of dog poop, and a truck without AC! Oh, the glamorous joys of married life!
Jim wants me to get a cake and eat it by myself. How depressing is that?! LOL

Water heater failed and flooded utility closet, laundry room, and bathroom in the middle of the night on Wednesday. I've barely slept since then. Insurance company has contractors in my house tearing up floors and walls. Dogs are not happy, and we're exhausted and stressed. And we're going to have to get all four dogs out of the house while they do the antimicrobial spray. So overwhelmed right now.

Sorry to hear that Suzi. Dealing with any construction is stressful let alone a flood situation. Hope all goes well and everything is fixed soon enough.

That doesn't sound fun at all Suzi.
This morning a rude smell invaded my sleep. I thought one of the dogs had some really bad gas. I finally gave up sleeping in and got up. I started in on laundry as usual for Saturday. After I'd stripped my bed, Winston hopped up and laid down. I sat beside him and just petted him for awhile. Hr went to get up and I caught that disgusting smell. It dawned on me what it was. He must have stepped in poop outside when Aryn let him out this morning. I bribed him into the tub and washed his feet.
My yard is a mud pit with the rain. I have grass seed to plant when the wind and rain finally calms down.

I sold soaps today! We have tons of area farmer's markets. In addition, I now have 5 stores that carry my products and have come leaps and bounds from the mess I used to sell. Kinda proud of it And I got my tattoo today. It looks SO GOOD. I'll post a pic when I don't have a big fat BBQ filled belly

ok sugar.. here you go.. 3 lbs of ground chopped meat (80% lean) 1 lb of kraft triple cheddar shredded cheese 1 lb of bacon cook bacon until crispy. drain in paper towel to get rid of all grease. put 3 lbs of meat in a bowl, add 1 lb of triple cheddar add mc cormick grill mates hamburger seasoning (2 shakes of it) add emerils BAM hamburger seasoning ( 2 shakes of it) add lowrys Garlic salt (2 shakes) add Italian Seasoning (2 shakes) chop up bacon once drained into tiny pieces ( i put it all in a paper towel then hit the bacon until it all crumbles. then tear up any larger pieces) add bacon to the above ingredients in a bowl., mix very well.. get burger template. put waxed paper under it. get burger wax paper and put a piece under each burger spot. add a bit of mixed meat and form into burger shape. put another piece of wax paper over top. then press down for burgers to fall out bottom.. repeat until burger mix is done. normally makes around 11-15 burgers depending on how thick or thin you make them.. i got 11 out of this batch as i made a few thicker ones. you can use the mold for anything really, burgers, turkey burgers, veggie burgers etc.. you can add your own seasoning too. normally i add garlic and onion when i make regular burgers.. for bacon chedder i keep it simple so that its more bacon and chedder you taste.. the other seasonings i added were just 2 shakes each to add some extra flavor .. burger mix all ready to go: Burger mold (dont know where the bf got this i think restaurant depot but not sure) its plastic so you can make one patty wax paper wax paper under mod seasonings you can use burgers molded in mold finished burger
