and on hardwood floors they are LOUD... and when the dog smacks them into the walls and furniture,louder... just be prepared lol for alot of loud noise.. you can adjust how fast the food comes out too, either alot or a little. but you need TINY TINY kibble to make it work right... like canidae sized small kibble... too big kibble and it wont work

Ok sounds good. I feed Honey (and he will be getting the same) half Canidae and half NutiSource -- nutrisource has small kibbles too so it will work perfect!!

Maryellen is awesome! BTW I was not able to adjust the food dispenser in the cube. I dont know if it because ROcky chewed at it like crazy that it is so difficult to adjust or if it is a crapy design. I have not been able to remove it either to clean it.

I have the buster cube. It is loud but I don't mind it. Lucy has fun with it. I haven't used it since I have had Jake and he is neurotic about eating (as well as everything else) so probably won't use it. My boyfriend hates the sound of it which is why we stopped using it on a regular basis in the first place. My good friend had the kong one and feeds her dog every meal in it. I am pretty sure she is really happy with it. Not sure how loud that one is. She has carpet.

You have me curious...is there a treat toy thats durable but "easy"? I tried Ophie with the one where you put treat in the bottle part and if they tug the rope it comes out. Ophie didn't understand it at all. Actually Stumpy used her claws on the rope and got a few treats before I returned it.

you turn the inside part and it makes the holes larger or smaller but you cant see it, you just tell by how much food comes out when you adjust it, you dont take anything out you just turn the inside tube and add food

Must be something wrong with mine cause cant turn the thing inside. I have gotten it out once while trying to turn it, it came out. But that time I was struggling with it. Suppose to come out to wash it.

CA, I know some people that have had to use butter knives to try and turn the inside to change treat distribution (it can be pretty freaking hard!)
