Wrinkles is doing well. I gave her another bath this evening, then we hung out in the kitchen together. She hasn't been too cuddly yet, but she did bring herself to rest her head on my leg. I stayed with her until she fell asleep.
She is showing a lot of interest in wanting to be with the other dogs. She will put her paws on her gate and peek over the edge and watch the dogs. Winston doesn't bother with her at all anymore, but Ellie and Cleveland still try to get in the kitchen. Ellie doesn't react to her, but Cleveland is still questionable.
They have not been able to do anything but look at each other w/ about 3 1/2 ft of space between them.
We're settling into a routine, but she still hasn't gotten the hang of our potty schedule so we've had a couple accidents. I think being separated might be a part of that as I can't see her or get cues from her that she has to go.
She is a very good dog. Listens well, and does what you ask, even if she doesn't really want to. She doesn't complain when she's crated, she just goes w/ the flow.
Having been so close to Rhett, and Diesel, I can really tell that this girl is related. She has had a few litters, so she could be Rhetts mom, sister, or cousin... or hell all three! I'm certain Diesel is her father, she is built just like he is, has a lot of the same mannerisms is that makes sense.
She is a sweet dog... I hope she gets better soon, and can just get on w/ living, instead of being in limbo.
I look forward to her being able to hang out w/ the other dogs. Her favorite place to go is the sofa. That is the first place she visits when it's her time to roam!
