I just had the worst encounter in the park... from someone who was attempting to compliment Saxon! I was sitting in the park with Saxon and Tim having a pleasant time when two men walked a few feet in front of us. One turned to his friend and said:

"Look at that m***********! Only a puppy and his teeth are already huge!"

He then turned to us and said:

"Got a good head on him!"

We just sort of ignored the guy. He and his buddy were big guys that kind of looked like they may carry weapons and we didn't want to start something. We left the park soon after, didn't want to be there when they got back. But Jeeze!! That was just bizarre and sort of left me feeling nervous! I just hope I don't run into them while walking Saxon alone!

I don't know! EVERYONE (ok, maybe not everyone, but a large majority of people) comments on Saxon's head! It kind of annoys me. I should tell the next person, "Thanks! So do you!" or "Thanks! You've got a big butt!"

ya i get that alot with halo she is huge, what a big head, is she pitbull, i say no part pot belly pig n duck cause she loves to swim.

I'm pretty lucky... I walked Andrew (and a friend's border collie mix) through the park yesterday during the 4th festivities and everyone walked right up to Andrew and was talking about how he was such a good boy and how beautiful he is... although the cops were (and usually are) the ones who give me nasty looks for walking him.

My personal favorite is when Andrew is panting from a good, long walk and has a big smile on his face and people give wide berth and comment "Whoa, that's a big, mean looking one".
