I've had a hard time figuring out why I have been so crazy tired this last week. My sister decided it was my job. She's probably right. Having to smile, be nice, friendly and polite over and over and over again to customers is wearing me down.
I thought it was a side effect of my new medication so I called my dr. It is not listed as one, and usually it has just the opposite affect on people. so it's gotta be the job since I am sleeping pretty well.
So what do I do? Decide to cover for someone tonight for 3 hours.
Money sucks. lol

On a local pet board on facebook someone is looking for a home for their 14 yr old rat terrier.
I am so many levels of pissed off and sad for that dog.

I only recently realized that over the years I have apparently trained Dharma to come running to me whenever I open my arms and look directly at her. This was completely unintentional, but I love it LOL! Her new thing is trying to jump up into my arms if I do it while she's on the couch or in bed. Crazy little dog!

It may help to find a stress releasing hobby (like hitting a punch bag or something). Sometimes you can kick that stress' booty by finding a de-stressing route (hitting stuff, working out, yoga, meditation, knitting, etc). |

It could still be the meds, even if its not listed. I had a dr ask me to donate myself to science once because if it was not listed, i probably had to go off something for it. Ambien, which my fiance and grandmother take for sleep, will actually keep me awake for about 2 days straight!

I'm fairly sensitive to medication. I can't take ambien at all. If I were to take 1/2 of a 5mg tablet, I'll feel like a zombie for about 24 hours.
I've had a 7 surgeries, and up until the last one I only took advil afterwards because the pain meds the dr. wanted to give me (Vicodin) makes me violently ill. I finally just told dr's I was allergic to it. My last two surgeries the dr. gave me darvocet, and that didn't make me very sick, but I think they took it off the market. Another pain med they've tried on me, tramadol, also makes me sick. At least while I was in the hospital they would give me one shot of pain killer, and another of anti nausea. That was nice. lol Otherwise I'd much rather just suffer the pain, rather than feel the pain and be nauseous and puking along with it!
I'm not experiencing the tiredness anymore, which is good. The side effects I'm dealing with are pretty easy to handle, dry mouth, headache and slight nausea. Each day gets better too.

I am getting married this weekend!
Also, my fiance and I do a lot of rescue work. I am already the office weirdo. Someone emailed me and another cat person that there was currently a kitten howling by our dumpster at work. So I contacted our rescue and I may or may not have spent my lunch break and all my afternoon breaks with 2 crazy cat people from the rescue with a can of tuna meowing in the work parking lot trying to catch this kitten.
Kitten actually belonged to the neighbor of someone on the first floor. Their cat had kittens and they are trying to get rid of them. They left the door open and the kittens got out and they found all of them except Smokey, who apparently hitched a ride to my office in the girl on the 1st floors car
