Thanks Mary. Sam is pretty special, I've had him for 15 years already. He's a wonderful horse.

My daughter did alot of shows in NJ when we lived in NY. I was a show mom. Now it's just pleasure. And I don't care what anyone says, I love the smell of the barn!!!

thanks everyone! CA i got the vest from leatherup.com, its a 10 pocket one, has zippers and snaps for the pockets which i like.

bought my helmet and jacket from Leather up, do you wear a jacket over it? I wear my leather jacket in 90 degree weather and not too hot at all only when I stop of course. I am thinking about getting a mesh jacket for myself this Christmas for next summer.
@eileen, Nice horse and lovely grandchildren. Glad you and they enjoyed Disney. Cant wait to go back. My kids are big now goes so friggen fast.

i only wear my jacket when its cooler out, its way too heavy for the summer to wear.. make sure you use your 10% off coupon every time you order from them, it saves a bit. i got my helmet, jacket, and vest from them, i love their stuff and the prices are amazing. i looked around locally and the price of the jackets and vests at regular stores was over double what leatherup charges.. and the quality is really good, i got my chaps from them too, had to buy 2 pairs as the sizes were weird, so i returned the larger size (which really should have fit but their sizing is weird).

it's cool to put faces with names. here's me wearing a dorky hat , and a guitar i sold recently and really miss. some weird ghosting in the image that i kind of like. it's rare that i'm on that side of the lens.
