I tried RAW for a while back when it was just Eko. I've been feeding Taste of the Wild for a while now, and am very happy with it. Bison Venison formula, I believe (grain free).

I do not have much info on the various kinds of kibble because i have been a raw feeder/home cook for years. I do know that some of the better quality kibbles while more expensive also require you to feed less. My suggestion would be to go to the above site and take a look at the food you are currently feeding.

I used Innova EVO before I started feeding raw to my dog. Think it is a pretty good food.

Just doing research before we adopt. My kids have been feeding their dogs a raw food diet. They have 2 pugs...LOL. But, she said, the dogs have never been healthier. They are lean and their coat is beautiful. She did research and purchased a few books. She buys from a local butcher. I am curious, because I buy all my meat from an organic farm. They also do raw dog food. I would love any suggestions or thoughts...

I was a raw feeders for years. Due to health problems my dog now needs a specialized diet that I cook for her. Going forward all my future dogs will be raw fed again. What specific questions do you have? There are several people on here with experience regarding feeding raw? Also, there are some links here in the managment care section on raw.
