Honestly I was slightly inebriated when I watched it and don't remember most of it....

Watched Rec 2 and Insidious last night.
Rec 2 finally got into the religious overtones that the original and briefly discussed (still leaning towards liking the first one just a bit more)
Insidious was freaking awesome... for the first half. The second half of the movie kinda didn't do it for me. But overall good to watch in the dark, lots of 'make you jump' moments. Will never hear Tiny Tim's "Tiptoe through the tulips" the same again, lol.

Finally watched Paranormal Activity 2 last night. I liked it better than the first and thought it lagged much less.
Insidious was okay. Fell asleep through parts.
Red Riding Hood was a good movie and the end was pretty surprising.

Finally watched Paranormal Activity 2 last night. I liked it better than the first and thought it lagged much less. The 2nd one was much better. Saw the new Transformers over the weekend. Pretty good, but I only went because of my husband and son. Very looooong movie though.

Watched a movie called Red White & Blue this weekend. www.imdb.com/title/tt1465505/I'm still kinda reeling from this. Watch at own risk. Well done, but by the end I was feeling pretty beat up. Also saw a docu called Talhotblond. Remember that movie Catfish? This is sort of along the same line, but not at all staged; it's an actual real documentary. The dynamics of the relationships built solely online were pretty interesting. Definitely worth checking out. Quite a few "wtf is wrong with this person" moments.

Saw Cowboys and Aliens last night... It was... different... I actually liked it, though. It was exciting and intense, the acting was good, you get to see the aliens and they look good (and gross), Olivia Wilde was GORGEOUS, Bond and Indy were great! I didn't necessarily want to like it, but I ended up enjoying it!

Just watched Kick Ass and while it was insanely violent, I actually enjoyed it. I recommend it to anyone who likes movies like Hot Fuzz or Scott Pilgrim.

I watched a couple things over the weekend. Nothing too interesting. A British movie called Spiderhole was kind of cool for those who like weird/scary Hostel-ish movies. Also, I saw Atonement but I'm not sure why this was billed as some kind of great, epic romance. Sure the end made me cry, but it wasn't all that great of a movie.

The dog is cute, I wish the dog didn't always die. Sad times. I will probably watch that movie tonight, though!

I think right now its limited release in some AMC theaters (according to bloodydisgusting.com) Oh, I was on IMDB and saw that it had a 2010 date so I thought it was maybe already on DVD.

Oh, I thought it came out last year (on my birthday), but that's when it's set! I was going to look for it on Netflix. I'll see if it's showing in any of my theaters, I'm a bit poor to go see a movie, though.

yeah, some sites show it was released last year but others that it is released tomorrow. They need to get their stories straight so I can watch it! lol
Looks like the only showings around me are at Time Square either tomorrow at 10 or Friday at midnight.

Just watched Harry Brown. It was intensely violent and really disturbing, but I really like Michael Caine so I kept watching. It's a pretty good movie, it'a always nice to see good guys beating the spit out of bad guys.
