Ok, so this little girl was being abused and neglected. She was tied up inside of a fence, apparently she is an escape artist but still, she had a belt around her neck and about a 2 to 3 foot piece of rope connecting her to the fence. Some friends of mine alerted me to her situation. She was never fed or watered and her little belly was swollen from having worms. After words with her owner and giving them a chance to do the right thing, I found her at the carwash, she had gotten across a major highway, a long bridge across the Wabash river, and lots of traffic...or she was dumped, not sure which one. Needless to say she came with me back to the dealership and she is just absolutely precious. The poor baby pottys when you reach down to pet her....so sad, but she is so very sweet. My friend that owns a kennel, where the foxhound is, let me take her out there for now. She took her to the vet and got her worms taken care of and the vet estimated that she is 8 months to a year old, which is crazy because she looks like a puppy. Probably about 20 to 30 pounds and petite. She definately has boxer in her and I see a lot of pitty in her myself. The kennel owner has a rescue pitty a rescue Rotty, and a rescue Shepard mix that are her own dogs. Well I was very concerned about putting this baby in a kennel by herself so she is living in the house with the other dogs. She and the pitty have taken quite a liking to each other and she follows him around and takes naps with him. She needs a forever home, please pass the word on and if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I will have more pics of her his weekend, these are just after she got here. Thanks for reading.....much love to all of you!! Attachments:

If this is in the wrong category I apologize in advance, I just realized maybe I should have put it somewhere else.

OMG, that sweet little face just KILLS me! Are you thinking you might have a calling for rescue work, because it seems like you're a natural.

Well GREAT NEWS!! I am 99.9 % sure that we have found Stella a forever home. The lady adopting her comes with super references and she works in a grooming boarding place as the receptionist. She has her own office and she takes her 3 year old fixed male boxer to work with her every day. She wants a companion for him and loves boxers but wanted a 2nd smaller pup....well Stella is perfect! She is like a miniature boxer and she is so sweet. They are meeting Saturday afternoon and I have made sure they know to include many pics. I am keeping my fingers crossed and I am really hoping this works out!! Thank you all for all of your support.
