RPB "Karma Dog" Pit Bull Rescue Program Fundraiser

Every day, RPB receives requests for help from various individuals, shelters and other organizations who are trying to find placement for Pit Bulls in danger. Whether the dogs are on kill lists at shelters, in abusive situations, or strays with no place to go, these dogs all share one thing in common: they need our help. And we want to be able to give them that help they need and the kindness and love they deserve.

RPB runs solely on donations. Our staff is strictly volunteer, and we are driven by one purpose: to save Pit Bulls. We work to save Pit Bulls in the following ways

*Education of guardians, law-makers, and the public

*Training & behavior to keep dogs in their homes and help their people nurture them into Spokesdogs for the breed

*Saving individual dogs and through nurturing and training, turning them into Spokesdogs that will highlight the true nature of the breed and cause a ripple effect of positive experience and hence attitude that benefits the breed as a whole.

RPB's newest program, The Karma Dog Initiative (KDI), is a lofty endeavor, but we know we can make it happen through the generosity and amazing dedication of the Pit Bull community. We believe we can come together to bring this program into fruition. Our first goal: to raise funds. Without the funding, we cannot even bring one dog into the program.

We will be raising funds for KDI through the end of the year. Please give what you can. No amount is too small, every donation matters.

We are $338 from our month-end target for this fundraiser. If we could at least hit $1,000 by Nov 30th, we would be thrilled.

Here's what your donations do:

1) Help us spread the truth about the American Pit Bull Terrier via educational materials that cost money to print and distribute. These materials go nation-wide via our Street Team.

2) Provide care for dogs (like Sedona!) in our foster program.

3) Bring more dogs into our foster program. <------------ THIS IS OUR PRIME CONCERN. We select APBTs with sound, true temperaments and through care and training turn them into true SpokesDogs for the breed. Not only are we saving lives, we are saving the reputation of the REAL American Pit Bull Terrier.
