My only advice would be to find whole organs and feed one type at a time to find what's tolerable. Hare Today has a good choice of organs from various sources. Unfortunately I doubt anyone can tell you what will work. Just keep in mind that the diet isn't a daily thing, more a monthly cycle. Get him to eat one organ per day, just a little bit at a time.
Mine get chicken liver almost every day. They also get green tripe every day. Kidney once a month, heart muscle a couple times a week at most. Since I feed chicken backs (except Lola) they get some sort of chicken organs every day since the backs come with what looks like kidney and lung attached. I don't try to feed 10% organ every day, or 10% bone every day. Some days they get just muscle and chicken feet, other days necks and muscle and tripe... you get the idea.

My advice is the same as Dave's-try one organ meat at a time. Harley also got tripe on a weekly basis.

heart is a muscle meat, NOT an organ meat... and yes, give ONE organ at a time, by giving a mix of all organ meat its too much for his system... start out with a teaspoon of one organ and do it that way...

Guess I'll stick to plain ground meat, beef gullets and some turkey necks for now until his poop is normal again and then start out with just a little bit of grassfed liver.
He is lucky I love him so much...thats all I gotta say!

ME is correct, heart is muscle. I treat it as organ, mostly because it is very rich in some nutrients such as taurine compared to voluntary muscle, but it is a small part of the prey body and I feed it accordingly.

check your local farmers for fresh meat, many would be happy to sell you their meat, when i fed raw i found a farmer who sold to raw feeders and it worked out very well. you can also check yahoogroups.com and type in raw and your area you should be able to find a co-op to join to order raw (when i found a co-op near me it cost me .37cents for raw as we bought in bulk)
