Urgent: Puppies Need Rescue!

I don't crosspost that often, but these puppies stole my heart. I think they are located in Atlanta, Georgia, but it sounds like she is willing to transport. If you know anyone who is looking for a puppy, please respond to the email in the post. Here is their story:

LAST CALL - these puppies are headed to FULTON COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL TOMORROW if we can't find a place for them to go either INDIVUDUALLY or TOGETHER!

10 weeks old, pure breed pit puppies! The mom is black, the dad if fawn. Both are good natured.

Owner has allowed me to spay mom and we will get dad neutered as momeny allows this month.

PLEASE TAKE A PUPPY! I know they are not everyones desired breed but if they go to the shelter, they will adopt them out to anyone. These puppies will end up chained to tree's all over getto Atlanta!

I just checked and there is an update:

Update: Thank you to everyone offering help. YES I plan to alter these puppies before they leave the state to new homes and yes I plan to screen everyone interested b/c we do want them in good places. I would rather see them put down then falling into the hands.

Sadly, I spoke to the lady today and last night her husband gave away 3 of the pups to people they know. She was not happy about it herself but didn't feel she had an alternative although I had told her not to do that. There are 5 left. I will be seeing them tomorrow and will update sex and color, etc and will be getting in touch with everyone by Monday. She knows that we have help now and she is willing to be patient and her husband now knows too!



Hopefully the three that were given away are in responsible homes. I will update this further tomorrow, if the Facebook page is updated.

Here is a further update that I got out of the comments section:

Forgotten Paws Crossposting The update is that a total of 7 poeple have send me emails but only ONE has actually committed to taking one and FOSTERING, however she is in PA and we need to find a rescue that will help her place the dog. That's it. I sent a follow up email to everyone who has emailed me for cost and info.

Brittany MacInnes If you want one of these pups. Go to forgottenpaws.com and fill out an application for adoption. Its 55 for males and 75 for the females cause they have to be fixed

No further updates. The Facebook page has degraded into some drama fueled hate nest and is no longer about the dogs. I can only hope these sweet pups found a home.
