So I saw this girl's posting and now the both the bf and I are seriosuly considering her: www.facebook.com/#!/album.php?aid=628325&id=323965755402&fbid=10150417019665403 Usually the bf is the one that is logical, but we both wondering about seeing her this weekend. She's tiny. We also seriosuly discussed it last night and the bf understand the whole keeping them separate while we aren't home, the possibility of them not getting along and having to C&R...etc. Am I being foolish? It weird, I have been seeing a ton of adoptable dogs (when you are FB friends with rescues thats all you get!) and not once so far have I actually considered it. Its weird, lol.

I don't think you're being foolish at all. If you have the time and the room and are willing to deal with any problems that may come, then how is it a problem? Give that little pink-nosed gremlin a home!
P.S. You are probably posting this in the wrong place... We're all going to say go for it!

OMG, she is SOOOO PRECIOUS!!! I am in LOVE!!! I vote do it!!!!! And I know what you mean. Ken and I see dogs and crosspost on FB all the time, but there was one recently where I told him if it came down to the wire I was going to go pick up this puppy. She needed a leg amputated, and there was something about her that was kinda like "you're the one." She ended up getting a different foster and passed away during surgery. :-[ But, that girl in those pictures is one of the cutest I've seen in a long time!! Those EARS!!! I vote do it.... ;D

Yeah, just saw those. I guess I will check back tonight to see if anything has changed. If not I think the bf and I will try to meet her tomorrow.
Not sure whether to be happy (yay, hopefully she gets a great home!) or sad (*sigh* it may not be mine).

I know what you mean. I called the shelter a few mins. ago. The lady who answered said as of now she was still available, but that someone was "looking at her." You might want to consider going up there today if you're able. If the person looking at her decides not to adopt, someone's comment said she was being put on the list tonight I believe.

Rebound Hounds fell through due to miscommunication... As far as I know she's still there. TONS of interest though on FB. Hopefully they can get it together and get her out of there!

She got adopted but not through Rebound Hounds. Something happened with the communication and it was another pittie Rebound Hounds ended up with. They were upset, however, that day a woman drove from North Carolina to NYC and waited all night to adopt Cappuccino- which she did. Then brought her back to NC. So, Cappuccino is adopted! Lucky woman in NC!!!!!!
