Sedona played with Rocky for about 15 minutes tonight. Rocky needs her as much as she needs us. It's just so amazing that two dogs known for their tenacity and bite can play for that long without actually biting each other. They were SO having a blast! Sorry, no video, needed my hands free and it was too dark.
Lola tried to horn in, but all she wanted to do was mount CC.
NOT. ALLOWED. She was forced to watch.
You guys are going to get tired of me.
Oh... the irony? UFC in the DVD player tonight while they wrestled. ;o)

Couch successfully taken over by the dogs! Go Dogs! You will need to invest in some wipes to clean up the sleepy slobbers. LOL

Seems like I can't get a picture of them unless they're knocked out.

Yeaah, sorry about that. I've been hellaciously busy at work, and things aren't all bunnies and rainbows at home. Sedona is pretty much an in-your-face kind of dog when she's comfy and has difficulty understanding when someone has had enough of her antics.
There's been a couple accidents, partly because I'm stretching her freedom limits and partly because there's no way in hell she's going to announce that she needs to go potty. ;D She's always on guard for the outdoors trip, so there's a little tension there.
Rocky and Lola have accepted her, but not befriended her. Rocky is frustrated at having to share me with yet another being, and Lola is on a new med that has made her much more calm than she already was. All in all, everyone is more clingy, and that's having a toll on me since at the moment I don't have the time for it. That will change by next month. We're pluggin' along, and everyone is okay.
The good news is that while outside, Sedona has learned to stand at my left side for comfort and circles and pulls less. There's no food aggression (except for me lol) everyone shares bones and crates and Sedona lets me cut her nails without a fight.
We've also discovered that fireworks stresses her, as well as childrens' screeches of fun. Well, that stresses me, too. I'll have more later.

when she was with me if she had to go potty she would get all antsy and would go from room to room . thats how i figured out she had to go potty... she held it pretty long though , and i figured out she was good for 4 hours when she was with me if she saw kids outside she got stressed if they were screeching or running, the older kids she did much better with as they dont screech and run around.. she didnt like when my neighbors slammed the door either.. hell i didnt like it either lol.. when she played with rufus i had to make them both take time outs as she wanted to play 24/7, and rufus would get snarky if she went over his time limit for play lol.. once she realized that he only wanted to play for a certain amount of time she got much better and stopped annoying him lol ..

I've seen her do that, like she's looking for something. I just have to be more persistent than she is, and wait her out to make sure she empties. Yeah, sounds definately get her attention. The neighbor started calling his dog in this morning, she couldn't see him and really didn't want to be there anymore. She pulled extra hard to go in. I don't blame her, he's an @ssh0le. I'm lucky enough to spread playtime between two dogs. maybe she'll get enough then. I really need to give her a job, though. Time to start teaching her things.

you could also teach her to go in a litterbox....she is small enough to use one, i used the top half of a vari kennel and it worked awesome, kept the litter in and was easy for use and cleaning.... i am sure she will pick it up quickly once she realizes she wouldnt have to go outside all the time, this way you dont have to worry about her pottying in the house if you cant get her outside.... i had taught one of my other dogs to use a litter box with a clicker and treats, and she picked it up within a day ...(we wont go into stupid rufus eating the corn litter lol he is a little ADHD lol) arm & hammer makes natural corn litter which smells great and if the dogs eat it it wont hurt them, and grocery stores carry it so it will be easy to buy. i used that as its super soft and silky and easy to clean (clumps nicely)..
as far as a job, teach her to get your slippers, etc like a service dog.. picture you sitting on the couch, feet up, say CC get me a beer, and she trots to the fridge and uses a rope attached to the door handle , opens door and grabs you a beer .......
she loves loves loves bones, i used to give her used bones i had laying around (huge empty marrow bones) and she loved to chew them(remember the pic i posted of her on the bed with all the bones she collected?) those kept her busy for hours...

And yet all I can picture is him saying "CC, get me a beer...CC?" and Sedona passed out drunk and belly up on the kitchen floor, empty cans and bottles strewn about for good measure.
