Mainly because Jason doesn't like drinking/drugs/partying... I can't say I blame him. Plus no one cleans up the next day and then I have to. Booooo....

Then we'll go from a 900 sqft narrow two story rectangle "apartment" to 1632 sqft of possibilities!!! And it has a HUGE backyard and a pool!!!
