Oy nu just take it as a loss or can I do anything about the adoption fee??? See if the cranford police have any suggestions???

I wrote more than a week ago and clarified okay the kitten was sick, they were edgy about Ophie...didn't mention the disagreement about the Friskies or the stray cats. The response was the usual "The checks in the mail".

No apologies, only that Rosa was concerned the kitten would join the strays out there.
One of our cats was on the porch while she was at the house but if I had run out to get him at that moment Ophie would have gone wacky and she was afraid of the dog as it was. In comparison Levon has been here a few weeks now. He's gained weight and gotten rid of the cold and he's bouncing around like a furry jumping bean and hasn't even looked at the porch...I dunno...the happy healthy mooses we do have...think there's alot worse adoptive families

I can mail something to PA and it gets there within days...where's the check?

I would send them a certified registered receipt letter stating that if u do not get the check by such and such date u will take legal action.
