I was at the gas station after work today, airing up the back tire on my car. I just happened to look over and see a car pull in, and there in the passenger seat was a pit bull. it was stunning. It looked so much like my Winston. I finished airing my tire, and walked over to the guy gassing his car up, and told him he had a great looking dog. He is 4 yrs old, registered. He's a reverse brindle, very pretty coat. His parents are located in Chicago. Seeing his dog really makes me feel confident that Winston isn't a mixed breed. It doesn't matter to me if he's a mutt or not, he's still my big baby. If he's mixed with anything it would have to be something with a strong wuss puss gene

Ohhhh, yes! I am TOTALLY guilty of "creeping" when I see other pitties too! Idk what it is that gets fellow pittie owners so excited.

Creeper here, too. Many years ago my brother and I decided to ride out to Memphis TN to visit family. Our first overnight stop in western Virginia was very interesting. As we rode up to our room, across the parking lot I spied an open U-haul truck filled with furniture, piled up around a very old, well-kept HD panhead. Since we both were riding Harleys, we decided to go talk to the fella who was standing by the truck. He was a little standoffish at first, then his lady came around the truck followed by a beautifully-patterned brindle Pit Bull. Once he found that I had a couple myself, he opened up, started smiling, we shared stories, and later we had dinner together. Turned out to be a great evening.
It pays to creep.
