I finally met Sedona and Dave today. What a sweet little girl. I loves her. She and I made good friends. She even bumped me for affection while walking. Rocky liked her too. Probably because she walked nicely along with him not looking to mess around too much. Just a few sneaky butt sniffs is all he is interested in while walking. I really liked being with her. She shared her soulful eyes with me. I understood her discomfort. I got some good pets in with her. And I left her alone as soon as she would look away from me. I almost got a lick on the lips but I did get a nose and a mouth on the face. I have pictures to upload soon. Just waiting for my son to be done with the camera. Oh met Saddie too. She is going to make an awesome therapy dog. she gets right in your lap. She also wants to play with all the dogs. She so wanted to play with Sedona. This hike was an awesome experience for me all around. It was also great for Rocky to be around other dogs of all types and all kinds of behaviors including DA. Everyone was respectful and Rocky knew which dogs to stay away from and which were cool. He mostly keeps to himself unless dogs start getting rowdy then he chimes in. The one thing I could have done with out was the ticks I had to pluck off. He is out cold now. Probably wont hear much from him for the rest of the day and night.
