Looking for his forever home...he lost his home of 3 years due to divorce and owners moving. We have been caring for him for three weeks now. I have kids and other dogs large and small and he is doing fine with everyone.
Male dog who is 3, he is a chihuahua so that is young for that breed.
Deer headed chihuahua and on the larger end of chi's. He is 10.8 lb. Being a larger chi he is also very athletic, acts like a big dog...runs, jumps, climbs, hiked 3.5 miles like it was nothing...
He is NOT a yappy dog or a trembler.
He is very sweet, not a mean bone in his body.
He is fine with other small dogs and he has been around cats.
He is crate trained and leash trained. Quiet in his crate, loves to curl up in a blanket or dog bed.
He is okay in the car.
Fine with getting a bath
On monthly flea tick preventative (revolution)
Has shots but will be in need of rabies update.
He is what they call blue in color, with white on chest and light brindling on legs.
Loves to roll on his back for a belly rub.
He is a littly shy and will need some time to adjust (approx. 2 weeks) but once he warms up to you he is very sweet.
