www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.329255360419888.91177.113194522025974&type=3This poor girl landed at siouxlandhumanesociety.org. Her time was ticking, and it bugged me. Sioux Empire Pit Bull Rescue cross posted for the shelter, and I in turn cross posted. Me being the sorry sap I am couldn't get her video out of my head. I contacted the rescue coordinator, and finally got approval (thanks to Rachel at Sioux Empire) to get her. I'm meeting someone tomorrow in Norfolk to pick her up. I can't help Denali but I can at least help this one.

Ok, Payten is not a lab pit mix. She is a hound pit mix. She's not built like a pit bull nor a lab! She's very pretty, and the minute she met my daughter Aryn, her tail started thumping. She is silly, smart, and her poop stinks like nothing I've ever smelled before. (she had an accident on my kitchen rug) Not sure what the hell they fed her, *ew* I'm surprised she got snagged on bsl laws.
Anyways, I have a couple photos and a video to share if my phone will cooperate with me.
Oh, and her name is Eleanor Roosevelt aka Ellie for short. I think that fits with Winston, Cleveland rather well.
