Ok one of my FB friends someone I know from community who learned about my advocacy for Pit bulls from facebook, has 2 small dogs is thinking of adopting a dog from Shelter. She said she was told the dog was am staff but now sees listed as a pit bull. I did explain same thing and that issues could arise with her other dogs. Here is the dog what do you think he is. www.petfinder.com/petdetail/17392198I told her to join forum and ask questions. My mother in law passed a couple days ago and I have not been on computer much. she could have adopted the dog since I answered her with a brief answer as I am exhausted. This is the girl that made the blankets that sedona got one.

Sorry to hear about your mother in law Carolann. I wouldn't call him an Am Staff, so mix works.

Carolann, I'm so sorry for your loss. Wow, I think we're all beyond ready for this awful year to end. And yes, I agree with the pit mix label for the dog. Do I maybe see some SBT in there?

Yep the advice I gave her she went for a pass on that dog and now is thinking a small dog. She had a German Shep who passed a year ago. She does not keep the little dogs crated so she is thinking she will get another small dog. Thank you for the condolences. Now I have to get all caught up with things around the house so I am going to try to stay away from forums and facebook if I can or at least lay low.

Imho...I see an adorable Staffordshire, I don't know from multi-dog households but a young male with someone with multi dogs and no pibble experience doesn't sound like a good idea
