This is a regular event. Vacuuming, washing slipcovers, washing dog bedding, etc. I waver, from time to time I decide that the dogs should not be on the furniture, but that does not last long, I enjoy them lying on the sofa where I can pet them, and they enjoy it too. If there was a market for dog hair, I'd be a millionaire.

Ha! I'm going to have to start using that term. I gave up trying or even wanting to keep them off the furniture years ago. The cuddling is just so worth it!

The pup is a wiggler, will cuddle for a few minutes, then wants to be off exploring and chewing stuff. I have a wire crate, I painted it red with Rustoleum, and bought a thick comfy cushion for the inside that coordinates with the paint color. The red is going to match the red slipcovers on my sofa in the living room so the pup can be with us and be safe. Probably won't be ready until this evening or tomorrow, I want to make sure the paint is completely dry. She also has a crate in my computer room and in the bedroom. Until she is housebroken and not chewing everything, she is going to be either leashed to me, on my lap, or in a crate, inside. Outside, the dog area is pretty much dog proofed so she can be freer to run around.
