LOL I know what you mean, that's why I asked here. heheh. One person did say she has used it successfully on bulldog-types and terriers, including two fights with dogs in holds.

Well, if you have a break stick for a back up handy, I don't see why not to try that out too? It sounds interesting and I'd sure as hell rather use a spray from a short distance as opposed to getting physical with a stick or something else in an effort to improvise.

I have a bottle that I carry when I walk my dogs, but I have not used it yet.

i saw a different form of a similar spray type deterrent used in an episode of DogTown. I think it would be best to use to prevent a possible fight from happening or an occurring one before either dog has a good hold.
