I hear all the time about different stands of pit bulls. I was told when I got Jax that he was indian bolio. How would I know this for sure? He was an owner surrender. His owner had 8 puppies with Parvo and could not afford the vet bills for them to be treated. He had paperwork where he had taken them to the vet for 1st shots and stuff. He also had paperwork showing the mother and father were registered through ckc. Could you help me with this?

Indian Bolio was a famous APBT. Bolio is a pretty well known bloodline/strain of gamedog. Unless you have papers, there really isn't any way you can tell what the pedigree of a dog is. members.aol.com/tank997/family/bolio.htm

I have CKC registration that shows him as Indian Bolio. But from what I hear CKC isn't that great.

You can register anything as an APBT with the CKC, and state any pedigree you want. It's not a very reliable registry.
