It appeared to be legit. I was about to reply and give all my info then I looked at the sender. It was evans1_25@gmail.net it didn’t make sense. Instead of sending my info I contacted help. Turns out this was all fake!
Here is what replied:
Hello Amy,
Thank you for writing to ! Mail.
I appreciate your report notifying us of possible abuse of the !
Mail services.
I understand your concern in this matter. Most mail systems make it easy for the sender of an email to change the "from" field as well as the "reply-to" field. This may make it (falsely) appear that the email came from someone else or even from your own account. This trick is commonly used, and may be the most likely explanation of what has happened in your case. Any unsolicited message asking for your ! ID and password, security key, or other sensitive information is part of a scam to gain unauthorized access to your account.
The only way to determine where the email came from is to look at the original headers. Please include the following in your report of email abuse to assist us in a prompt and full evaluation:
1. Original subject line - Please forward the email with a subject
identical to the original subject.
2. Complete headers - Email programs often display abbreviated headers.
To learn how to display the full headers in a ! Mail account,
please visit our Help Desk at:

If you are using a different client to read your email, please consult your email program's help system for more information on viewing full headers.
3. Complete message body - Please include the complete, unedited content
of the email message in question. Please do not change or edit the message in any way.
! takes the operation of ! Mail very seriously. Unfortunately, there is no control over messages sent through other email systems and it's not possible to preempt the misuse of the ! name in forged headers. ! cannot technically prevent its domain from being forged in the headers of an email message. However, actions have been taken against companies in an effort to prevent further forgery of the ! brand and to seek damages as appropriate.
