Ok Honey is not a Pit Bull BUT this could happen to a Pit right?!?!
Honey (Cane Corso) is 13 weeks old. I take her on little daily walks for leash training and for her to relieve herself but I have noticed that this is causing the pads on her feet to bleed.
On both her back paws some skin has rubbed off the pads-hence the bleeding. Everytime I take her out for a little walk they are bleeding when we get back.
I was wondering if I should stop taking her on these little walks so her feet can heal or if they will just toughen up with time?!

walk her in the grass for now until her pads toughen up, you can also get some mushers secret to help her pads

Mushers Secret helps with the padding being too soft? I thought that it helped with dry, cracking paws. Her paws are just being worn away

Is there anything I can put on her pads to stop the bleeding when they start bleeding?
Ive tried wrapping them, But as you can guess-She ripped off the wrap immediately. She leaves a little trail of blot dots on our carpet... :/
Ive heard of using baking soda to stop the bleeding but I didnt know if that was ok for the dog?!

Flour works well, too. You can buy styptic powder at the pharmacy. Jeffers also has no chew bandages that are cheap and super easy to use.
