We were stuck at home today, after Snowmageddon hit Chicagoland last night. After we dug our way out the back door this morning, we took the pups out to play in the piles of snow. Adorableness ensued! Snooooooooowwww!!!!!! Brandy got stuck in the bushes. We made snowballs for Lebowski to chase... it's a cruel kind of fun watching him try to find them! Where did it go??? I love this shot of Lebowski trying to catch the snowball. You can actually see the snowball in midair, to the left above his leg! I just had it! Dharma HATED being in this much snow... it was very hard for her to walk. Dharma is SO over it. "Let me in. Now." This is Dharma's idea of how a snow day should be spent... They managed to destroy TWO fleece hoodies today with their snow antics. But they had a lot of fun and were exhausted for the rest of the day. I'll take some more pictures tomorrow and post them... I realized that I didn't get very many of Otis and Barley.

Yeah Suzi! I have been waiting for these pics and would love to see more! I laughed at Lebowski trying to catch the snow. I ADORE Dharma! She and Harley have the same idea about the snow...no thank you!

Great pictures! I love Dharma under the covers! She looks like she's nervous you're going to take her back outside! Lebowski is such a goofy dog! Love the snowball picture!

Great dump!
I really need to remember to bring my camera outside with the dogs. But today it was rain/sleet, not good for a digital camera.

Dharma my girl. I rather be cuddling in a blanket too. Rocky is on her side too. He at one time loved to play in the snow. Wait till I upload the video of him from a couple of years ago sleigh riding and all. At this point I think he has had his fill. I suppose if he had other dogs to play with he would get into it. But since my kids got big and dont really play out in the snow, Rocky is done. Your yard is looking like mine. I was just talking to my dad about how if this snow freezes Rocky could walk over the fence. Luckily my son went out and packed down with his little snowmobile.

Thanks everyone!
No new pics today... it's so cold that they are all business and in no mood to play around out there. I really wish that I had ordered the Pawz boots in time. Dharma actually ran away from me this morning when I called her and held up her fleece hoodie to put on to go outside. She's too smart for me sometimes!

Rocky runs and hides every day when he sees the coat come out. I am reserving the pawz for walks especially when it all starts to melt and it is getting warmer but all that salt and slop is still around.

Thank you!
Faith, she has too many clothes. In all honesty, she needs them because she's such a tiny little thing and has very thin fur. But the reason she has so many is because she's just so darn cute in them!
