Has anyone else browsed Atomic Dog magazine? I saw it in Barnes and Noble of all places...it just left a bad taste in my mouth...From the cover it obviously celebrates pittys. Then even one page in...spiked collars, big scary muscles, big scary tats, girls in booty shorts with...oh probably all of the above...ads for food to turn Pookins into the biggest musclebound doggie he can be... I know everyone isn't suburban milquetoast and I've got tats and enjoy hiphop from time to time...There's nothing wrong with urban lifestyle if that's who you are, what you relate to...but those dogs...just...glorifying badass attitude when so many of us are trying to convince the world our babies have anything but... Shudder to think of it as a thinly veiled "Sporting Dog" mag. Maybe I'm too sensitive? I dunno...

Now another question- Look on their website Now sure weight collars are for uh...for makin them stronger for pulling events... Yep and the break sticks...well if you have a bunch of dogs they'll act up sometimes... and the attack sleeve? Well that's for training purposes yessiree... Just sayin'...they would tell the authorities they just are keeping their Pookins in tip top shape...

Search "American Bully" on this forum, you'll find a whole bunch of discussion on these dogs.
