Happy Tuesday!
The summer flew by. I'm not sure how I feel about it being over. This is a bitter-sweet time for me. I do love Sept and Oct, but I DREAD the holidays. So I start getting anxiety right around this time of year.

Fall is my favorite season but for some reason this summer went way to fast for me and I am not ready to say goodbye!

Sorry, but I'm glad it's over. Summer was not good to us this year. I love the Fall... not only is it my favorite time of year, it's in my top ten of favorite things period. There's Halloween, Day of the Dead, my birthday in October and Brook's and my best friend's birthdays in November, Thanksgiving, etc. The weather and trees are beautiful, it's not too cold yet but cool enough to wear sweaters and drink cider. Love, love, love Fall!

I'm happy to say goodbye to summer. Working out in that heat was brutal! I love fall weather, fall food, and fall leaves, so I'm all set!

Summers make Chubby extra freckly (which the vet said could contribute to more tumors popping up) so as much as I love the summer it always makes me more cautious (not to mention how many kids are out with basketballs...and we all know by now how Chubby reacts to basketballs!!). Because of him everytime I hear a basketball bouncing I instinctively tighten my fist whether or not I actually have a leash in my hand! lol Plus once the weather cools down, I can put Chubby back in his sweaters and hoodies and everyone want to come up to us and give him love because they think he is too precious. Also, less thunderstorms in the fall so yay to that!

I'm getting Saxon this sweater from work (it may be free because it has a tear in it, fingers crossed) when I go in tomorrow: He tried it on the other day and it fit perfectly (it's just a bit long) and it didn't even bother him to wear like his coats do (I think his coats are too big)! I was going to ask my boss about it on Sunday, but didn't go in because Saxon got sick. Any way, I'm excited to start buying him sweaters and coats! We sell a lot of cute ones at Planet Dog!
