And by the way--- I got some good chuckles this morning from Bola.
I was sitting on the couch eating my toast, trying to wake up so I could get ready for work. Honey was laying by my feet and Bola was laying beside her. All the sudden he got up sniffed her feet then started doing zoomies around our living room and up and down the stairs. LOL! Honey laid there and watched him then looked up at me like 'Good Lord'. lol. After a few minutes of hard core zoomies he laid back down by Honey and let out a big sigh. LOL!

I gave Bola a sponge bath and he is no longer nearly as itchy. Still has a little red rash but isnt itching himself raw.
I talked to my vet and he thinks it could be multiple things and thinks I should hold off on bringing him in. He said this time of year is the worst for skin allergies for dogs (Becasue of harvest), he could have had fleas in the shelter (They do flea dips prior to adoption) and he could have an allergy to flea bites, he could have been allergic to the flea dip, and he could have a urine scald. He wants me to start bathing Bola 2 times a week with oatmeal shampoo so we will see if this helps!!
Things are going great! Ive learned that I am going to have to be SO careful with him around doors (He bolted out the other day...Scared the sh*t outta me!) so thats on the top of my list of things to teach Bola---Come! He comes to me in the house but when he was outside and knew he was loose he bolted.
Any advice on this behavior and things I can do to change it?! Could the fact that he still has lots of hormones in him (He just got neutered last Friday) make this worse?
