No other tumors. He's scheduled for the CT and mapping tomorrow. I'm taking this step by step, but at least we're past this first major scare. Oh, thank the Universe for that! And yup, one step, one moment at a time. You're such an amazing dog mom, Suz!

Relieved to hear that there were no other tumors!!!! One day at a time Suzi....minute by minute if you have to. Give Barley a kiss for me and hugs to his amazing Mom.

We made it through another day. No complications with the anesthesia today, but again... taking this day by day, moment by moment. Looking forward to video and a recent photo of the Barley Boy be nice to see. I can't post a recent photo because to be honest it hurts me how awful he looks. The oncologist has assured me that some dogs just respond that way... very gaunt, can't keep any muscle on him. She described it as "melting," which I think is an accurate way of putting it. But here are some pictures of Mr. McWarfles as his strong healthy self:
