Funny with the reference to my aunt-some of my cousins have pittys if they run across that post they'll know exactly who it is heeheehee, mmmm the people who had her as a teacher too... Ron White's not an insult, she was just very ummm, direct. Kind, not cruel but she would definitely tell someone what was what if they needed it... I've talked to folks who had my Mom or my aunt as teachers and remember them even before I was born... very wise, memorable women both of them

Time takes the edge off...gawd there's a child's book called "Love You Forever" that still gets me blubbering...get bitter sometimes seeing women with their moms...she was 66. Thats not very old really. But yeah, after 5, 10 years it smarts alittle less. I see her sitting on a cloud with my aunt, comfy chairs a drink and smoke in their hands. My aunt kinda talked like Ron White. And the two of them kind of offer wisdom when I need it. Other times they just chuckle together about payback and teenagers

I'm sorry Christina, know it's incredibly hard. Don't know if the Twix and Jack reference were things preferred by your grandpa. If they were that's a wonderful way to honor him, light some nice scented candles too, journal things you loved about him, maybe a yearly letter to him telling him about your life. I send roses or growing plants to my Dad around the anniversary she died. a glass of Dewars in memory? No definitely the roses though...oy, rum works for me

Vet said they'll heal on their own in a few days...just irritated flea bites. Next thing I have to figure out is when to put the poor rat to sleep. The tumor is like... The Elephant Rat, doesn't seem to hurt her but the size has to be hard to carry around...feel bad, we've had her about 4 years...how do you know when it's time ya know?

Before I make a vet appointment for something that can be treated at home...Ophie has a few (maybe 4 over her whole body) bumps that are like medium size skeeter bites. I gave her a bath and Frontline the other day and all the visible fleas are gone...yay Maybe its just a few places where she scratched fleas and irritated herself? Is it safe to use bactine and neosporin? Or just plain soap and water? They don't seem to bother her, just trying to heal them up

Definitivamente necesita mantener los gatos alejados de todos los perros mientras usted averiguar esto. Si puede utilizar cajas de perro puede rotar los perros están fuera.Podría ser una idea útil. ¡Buena suerte!

The Pollan book was good, as is "The Way We Eat, Why Our Food Choices Matter"- Singer/Mason Just starting "I Killed Scheherazade" by Joumana Haddad also "I Am a Jew"-inspired by Daniel Pearl, many different perspectives Blue Nights is on reserve at the library-must be patient In case you're wondering I have books stashed all over...in my purse, in the car for traffic, by the bed, at the table for breakfast, by the bathtub...

Emilys picture looks like a blonde Pookins. I Love the head tilt-"Hum?" I see what you mean by the difference, those dogs in the vintage pics look healthy, but the new ones...guess they're going for ripped but poor things look really hungry...
