The information on this is bombarding me. Each minute since I found out about this more information I find. I would like to find out how I can help. This is in my area and one of the shelters that stepped up is where my moms dog was adopted from last year.

and just in case you are interested petsalive took over the shelter where I adopted Rocky from. At the time that shelter had over 500 dogs! so I am posting a link to the main page of the blog. Interesting they had to lay off workers one reason due to decreasing animal population.
