We currently have 58 Pit Bulls and Pit Mixes at Burlington County Animal Shelter out of a total population just under 100.

Sounds about right. PAHS ratio is a little higher.

Sounds about right. PAHS ratio is a little higher. Camden County's is a lot higher. They have to have been running 80%+ for many. many years now.

Bozeman shelter has 2-4 out of about 60......... reflects the general dog population here

PAHS doesn't do AC for Plainfield, or it would be higher like Camden.

PAHS doesn't do AC for Plainfield, or it would be higher like Camden. Yeah, doing AC for some towns makes it a lot worse. I'll dig up some stats on our own problem areas.

Of our current 58 Pits and Pit Mixes, 29, or exactly half, came in from the three municiplaities of Pemberton Township, Mount Holly and Willingboro. There are 40 municipalities in in Burlington County and we have contracts with all of them.
