Whats wrong with this picture?

Foster dog + little kid = 1 lurch away from a disaster

at first look, i thought it was Enzo...but his brown patch is on the other side.

i'm not expert but that dog looks a little stressed to me.

she is too little to hold leash especially in an area un fenced near the street. Her teeth can easily be knocked out by that dogs big head when he pops up suddenly. He seems to be looking at something and preparing to move.

Yes. she is definitely too young to hold the leash. The dog doesn't seem interested in her at all. He is interested and focused on someone or something else.

This little girl could be dragged , hurt or killed by holding onto the leash of this strong dog !
One disaster waiting to happen ! Where are her parents ?

Probably taking the picture and I hope at least that someone is to the right with their foot ready to step on the leash.

This picture is from a rescue group who doesn't see any risk in doing this type of thing anywhere, including shopping malls.

butt holes and what will happen when the kids teeth get knocked out. Or another dog goes by and the two get in a fight kids in the middle. Not smart!
