In a couple days it will officially be 1 yr ago that I went to pick up Cleveland from his former owners... again. It's been a pretty tough year. I didn't know if I would be able to keep Cleveland. He's pretty high maintenance, and would have done much better in a home that could utilize his energy in agility, flyball, etc. But, we've made it work. He gets his fun out with me in the yard chasing his ball, or other toy, and that's been enough for him. He is demanding, and I have to keep on my toes or else he'll become pushy as well. Yet, he's so easy to have in the home. He's very snugly, and affectionate. He's silly, weird, and sneaky. He's also Winston's best friend. He's my shadow, always near me when I'm home. He doesn't have any major issues. He's smart, confidant, and goofy. He's come a long way with Kaiha. I am watchful and sensitive to his needs. I can easily tell when he's not in a kid mood, or has had enough kid time. I think Kaiha has had a lot to do with this as she shares all her food with him. He knows who to suck up to. I am thankful that I have this dog in my life. Taking a break from the kid... Comfy Nutty He loves to burrito the blankets no matter the weather. Demon Dog - a name I use daily for him Top Dog Stink Eye Favorite thing... rolling in the dirt.

;D
I hear ya about high maintenance. Sedona takes up a lot of my time, more than any dog I've known.
I think Cleveland and I could get along very well. He's my kind of buddy. Plus, he's super handsome!
