For those still following (I'm not anymore, I got this in my email today) the lawsuit by the Lexus Project against Bloomfield was dismissed, as it should be. No potential adopter should be allowed to sue for possession of any animal in any rescue or shelter.
Does anyone know where the dog is now?

i am betting the dog was euthed.. there is no reason to hide a dog......

The posts from Jeff on FB lead me to believe the dog is still alive, but who knows.

I heard the same thing as Emily that the dog was in South Dakota being "rehabbed."
