Cappy after a donation. There was a dog in the room, so he was distracted. My Mav with his Gizmo the gremlin ears. One of the peas trying to strut his stuff. His tail will not be full till he is about 3. We're missing the Tootie llama! Snarfs. Charlie girl Mav is sleeping on the couch the right way. Cappy...well...not so much. Road trip to Nanny's! Jim had pizza that they both wanted. Phyllis' head looks giant. Jim's sad that Cappy's head fell off. I realized that I didn't have any good Granny shots to upload. She's kind of camera shy.

Aww, I see LaManchas! Some days I miss my goaties so badly... the little black one with white facial stripes in the back looks like one we used to have named Skittles.
Sorry... I am pretty obsessed with goats still.
So dogs can give blood? Great pictures, by the way.

P.S. I didn't know you got a truck with your work. Do you drive it around all the time or only when you're on... duty...

lol Only when duty calls do I drive the truck that says, "Doody Calls". I will make stops along the way at work, but won't take it unless I'm actually working.
Nyri, I'm surprised you know LaManchas! Most people think that I've cropped their ears :/ And, yes, my Cappy has been a blood donor for over a year. He goes every 5-6 weeks.

Wow, that is amazing, I'm going to have to look into that for when I get my dog. I usually donate my own blood if I can, but that would be so cool to have my dog do it too.
And yes... I used to have a small herd of dairy goats... LaManchas and Nubians, so people would assume that the LaManchas were Nubians that we'd cut the ears off of... We didn't go to the State Fair every year, but when we did, there were always a couple of people scolding us and asking how we could be so cruel to an animal as to cut off their ears... If a person was being especially rude, sometimes we'd joke that we used them for dog treats... after the horrified look, we'd let them know that they were born that way and it's just the breed. Usually though, we'd try to let people know that the breed just doesn't have ears before it got to the scolding part, and we'd end up with some pretty good conversations.

Love them all ! The goats remind me of the ones we use to have and enjoy on the ranch. We use to milk them every day and if we were a tad late , the goats would let us know they weren't happy campers !! LOL !
Especially love the photos of your dogs...The white one reminds me of my beloved Beau !! I miss him very much !
Thank you for sharing!!
