I just got this email, a bit confused how or why... Hello, I have a 2 +yr male recently neutured about 4 mos ago Pitbull named Henny that needs an immediate loving home as I can not care for him, he has been kenneled by his owner to work and he seems insecure but loving. Alice Quinn out of ellington Ct a recommended trainor assessed him.He belongs to my sons gf who have both been w me 4 mos. I cant care for him adn want to save his life. Can you help or do you have any advice RI dog pound terri gave me your info. Thank u or any help u can do Loriann I emailed Alice Quinn to see what her assessment of Henny was. I shared him on my FB. I don't really know what else to do from here in Maine! He's a very handsome guy and I'd like to help him in any way I can. I'm no longer with the STCA and they wouldn't take him anyway because he has a liver/red nose (they turned down a liver nosed dog when I was with them). I know I shouldn't get involved and I'm trying not to get too attached, but I do want to help this dog, if I can. Any tips?

I just got an email from the trainer and it sounds like he has more issues than his owner is letting on. He's fine with other dogs when properly introduced. However, he is poorly socialized and not exercised enough. He is afraid of and reactive towards anything with wheels (sounds like Benny was with skateboards) and needs an experienced home willing to work with him. She seems confident that in the right home he could do well, but in his current home he is deteriorating from the time spent in his kennel.
