Please, would you post information on your FB page, website about (1) the case of Colorado Chloe, the dog shot by Commerce City, CO in November 2012 and (2) Colorado's Dog Protection Act UNANIMOUSLY PASSED BY COLORADO DEMOCRAT AND REPUBLICAN LAWMAKERS? The case of Colorado dog, Chloe, triggered activities in Colorado such that Colorado's Dog Protection Act was recently passed into law. The police officer that shot Chloe is charged with felony aggravated animal cruelty. More and more frequently, families that have lost their canine family members is such incidents are winning law suits over the loss of their dogs.

The officer that shot Chloe, Robert Price, is charged with felony animal cruelty and his arraignment hearing has been rescheduled twice. As of right now, his arraignment is scheduled for May 6, 2013, 8:30 am, Brighton, Colorado.
