Or at least that's what I'm calling it.
Watching all three dogs interact has been interesting.
Cleveland is more possessive over objects than I'd like him to be. So I keep the ones that really trigger him put up when he's out with the pup and Winnie. Some things he's fine with the pup trying to steal. They make a game of it. Winston will watch them though, and when he feels someone has crossed the line, he interrupts the situation. And now, I come in and remove the item, or the dog.
Like I've mentioned, Cleveland doesn't always know when to stop, and he easily gets over stimulated.
When we're outside, that's when the dogs have the most fun. Indie chases after the dogs when they're doing zoomies. She's good at getting out of the way. Both boys play bitey face with her, but when it is Cleveland playing with her, Winston is very often interrupting, giving Indie a chance to get her own in.
I watch very closely because this can get to be too much for her, Cleveland could do this all day, she can't. Winston has helped here because he senses when it's enough and will try to get Cleveland to play bitey face with him. I step in and swoop Indie out of the action. Cleveland's bitey face with her is tooth gentle, but very slobbery. When it's getting to be too much, he starts getting rough in that he shoves her around, and doesn't give her a chance to play or take a break.
Inside the house I do a lot of rotating of Cleveland. I do rotate Winston as he gets tired of her antics too, just not as often.
I will try and capture play time on video later. My cell was almost dead so it wouldn't film earlier.
Winston is pretty awesome dog.
