Anyone have good suggestions for friendly lizards/dragons that are easy keepers? Once my mouse is released i dont want the tank to go to waste in the closet so i figured i could get an easy hand easy critter to put in the 10 gal tank
I know i have to get a heat lamp too

I used to have a Bearded Dragon. They are easy to keep, so long as they have the right set up. It's better health wise to get a juvenile or adult one rather than a baby. They're fun to watch and have as pets. They will outgrow a 10 gallon tank though. I'm not sure if all lizards need full spectrum lighting, but I know these do, plus the heat lamp. I miss having cold blooded pets.

I prefer to keep it small so a small lizard that wouldnt outgrow the tank is best

I would love to have a Bearded Dragon. Geckos are cool, too!

I used to have a Bearded Dragon called Joan (because 10 year old Christina was weird, also named a snake Michael). She was awesome! Have had geckos before, too, they're pretty easy and cute.

Does anyone prefer males or females? Are females more easy going? Or males?
