Does anyone use or have an opinion on these products? The OPC is an antioxidant product, and then there's the multivitamin. Ingredients in OPC: maltodextrin, glucosamine sulfate, natural flavor, grape seed extract, red wine extract, pine bark extract, bilberry extract, citrus bioflavonoids, silica. Here's the link to the ingredients in the multi vitamin. pethealth.marketamerica.com/prod_dogmultivitamin.htmlFinishing up a bag of Blue Buffalo, switching to Orijen this week.

I don't like that there are artificial sweeteners in it as the first few ingredients.

Which product, or is it both? And what are the artificial sweeteners listed? Also, is it really necessary to add vitamins when you feed a premium food? I thought not, and too much of a good thing isn't necessarily better...

I just was going by the ingredients you posted in the first post.
If you are feeding Orijen you probably don't need to add a supplement, but for dry I usually like to add one. I like Doctor Harveys. There is also a brand that I haven't tried yet but sounds interesting...I can't think of the name off the top of my head, I'll have to ask my friend who was using it.

Are you referring to the maltodextrin? I just read a bit more about it; it's a natural flavor additive/sweetener, but it IS made from corn or wheat, which I avoid. We had some paw licking and ear issues when I brought Yogi home three weeks ago, put him on grain free right away and that stopped, so staying away from grains, period.
