Their use of the word expert must have a different meaning across the pond. In England they use a tape measure to determine the size and proportions of the head and body to see if it meets the criteria in the legislation. Their 'experts' don't need to know a thing about canines. There is a certain bit of irony since this occurred so close to the anniversary of the murder of Lennox after he endured two years of government mistreatment that can only be described as barbaric and cruel.
