Really mean, and it was funny.
I strained my back this morning when I put Sedona over the baby gate after carrying her inside. Later at work, I aggravated it when I got up from my chair, so I was a little stooped over when I walked into the bosses office.
"You okay?" he asked me with a concerned frown on his face.
"I hurt my back this weekend putting a dog down," I told him
The look on his face told me he had no words. "You put down your dog? Which one?" he stuttered, he was like,

"My little one. I had to; I was carrying her."
We had a good laugh over it.
