I hate when government gets involved where it shouldn't. I'm totally opposed to mandatory spay/neuter laws.

Do they really feel that anti-cruelty laws are a compromise and another step towards the end of pet ownership??

I think a lot of these 'dog owner rights' organizations have some pretty scary agendas that basically amount to 'we want a world in which you can do anything you want to your animals, since they are your property'. So you gotta be careful who you support, and make sure they are in line with your beliefs. I haven't really found any org that is right in line with my own beliefs, so I try to keep my eyes on new bills and work to support the ones I approve of, and fight the ones I do not, as opposed to sending money in to an org and hoping the represent me the way I'd want to be represented.

GET OUT!!! That is insanity.....yeah, please post the article if you find it, I'd like to read it. This is really extremism as well, in the opposite direction.
