What to you mean aggressive, under what circumstances? It can happen where a mama dog becomes aggressive after pups are born, especially if she feels threatened/like she needs to protect the pups. More info would be helpful.

hello, she just doesn't want daddy dog anywhere near the babies and when we let her outside to go potty she goes straight for him barking and almost attacking him even though he's on a lead and can't follow her. he hasn't been around the babies at all yet but him even relatively close she's on edge but only with him no people so far we can all hold the babies and be around her and them and she's fine!i don't see daddy being threatening but maybe to her he is? thanks for answering I hope this little bit of more info helps!
oh yeah and keeping them separate for sure for now!

keep dad far away from the litter. You don't want the puppies to model mom's behavior
