I knowwww....it made me cry! (Well, I DO cry easily, but still......;D ) This woman runs a rescue south of me, in Philly. She is one of the most ethical, caring rescue people I've ever met. She bends over backwards for dogs that she feels should be saved. She's actually on this forum...wish I could get her to pipe in on the Roundtable.....

AMEN! ;D And God Bless Rosemary and everyone else who helps these animals. Moe said "They say they can help 10 dogs for every one of me. I get that, makes sense but our lives matter too!" I can't help but think of Java and Golda when I read this, and a little pup we courtesy listed a couple of weeks ago that was suffering from rickets... and the countless others we would love to help if we could. So true... so true... their lives matter too! We've got a totally SWEET Bloodhound at the shelter right now that came in very emaciated, infested with fleas and ticks and much of her hair gone. This poor sad girl... I'm working hard to get her into rescue because I just can't see letting her go simply because she's a dog that nobody's showing interest in. She is AMAZING and even though she isn't as special needs as some others are... she deserves a chance! Say a prayer for Tracker y'all... she needs a miracle.
