There's my cowgirl!! Kiss her right on the nose for me. As for the snowy picture...beautiful but you can keep it! I'll stick right down here near the beach. Wearing shorts today.

I guess I should stop complaining about our mid-30's, dry weather, huh? It did hit 0 with windchill the other night, though ;D Honestly, though, if it has to be cold, I'd actually like some snow. I feel like I'm being ripped off when we don't get anything but some flurries or an icy wet mess here and there.

LOL! Haters! 30 degrees is miserable for us. But I'm not without experience...spent many a winters in North Texas driving around on ice and dealing with ice and snow storms. I will say that Christmas mornings waking up as a child to snow was magical. I was also living in Knoxville during the big blizzard of '93 and oh my, I would never want to do that again! But it evens out. Summers here can be miserable as well with thick humidity and heat factors well over a 100.

i grew up near houston with heat and days. i'd like to see a study of alaska skin cancer. i live in a rainforest. i don't remember the last time i saw the sun (maybe a month ago?) but when you wake up to a foot of untouched snow, it's so worth it!!

Last time we got "snow" here in S. Alabama was..2006? (my brain is mush)
It wasn't snow, exactly but flurrys which essentially turned to blobs of watery frost...but boy did the kids love it.
